Reposition hotkeys

  • CRTL / CMD + C to copy
  • CRTL / CMD + X to cut
  • CRTL / CMD + V to paste

Delete and Remove hotkeys

  • Strips: DELETE / BACKSPACE to bring up confirmation modal to DELETE the strip AND associated breakdown sheet. Once deleted, this action cannot be undone.
  • Elements within Breakdown Sheets: DELETE / BACKSPACE to REMOVE the selected element or elements from only that specific breakdown sheet. If you wish to delete the element from the entire file, you must go to the Element Manager.

Undo and Redo hotkeys

  • CTRL / CMD + Z to Undo
  • Shift + CMD + Z to Redo (on Macs)
  • CTRL + Y to Redo (on PCs)

Navigation Shortcuts

  • CRTL / CMD + E to open the Element Manager
  • CTRL / CMD + Shift + F to toggle between split panel and full panel view on the Stripboard, Breakdown Sheet, Scrapyard, and Day out of Days Views.

Stripboard

  • Move strips up/down: Select a strip, then ENTER on your keyboard. Use the up and down arrows to move the strips. Then, click Esc to exit keyboard drag-and-drop.
  • Add new strip: CTRL/CMD-SHIFT-S
  • Add text banner: CTRL/CMD-B
  • Add day break: CTRL/CMD-SHIFT-. (command-shift-period)
  • Add start-of-day banner: CTRL/CMD-SHIFT-, (command-shift-comma)
  • Add unit break: CTRL/CMD-SHIFT-U
  • Auto day break: available via the auto day break button in the Stripboard panel
  • Sort: CTRL/CMD-SHIFT-O
  • CRTL / CMD-click to select a single strip / day break / text banner or multiple strips / day breaks / text banners one at a time
  • SHIFT-click to select a range of strips / day breaks / text banners. If you continue to hold shift, you can expand the range

Breakdown Sheet

  • SHIFT-click to select a single element or multiple elements one at a time. You can select elements from multiple categories.
