Forgot password

Forgot your password? Here's how to reset it:

  1. On the Cinapse Log In page, click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter your email address and click Reset Password.
  3. Open the email from Cinapse and click the Reset Password button.
  4. Create a new password and click Finish, then log in.

Didn't get the email? Check your spam/junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived after about 10 minutes, make sure you used the exact email on your account, then contact us at support@cinapse.io.
