Templates and presets let you save your layout, color-palette, and category setups to your account and reuse them across productions, so you don't have to rebuild them from scratch each time.
Save a layout, color, or category setup
In the Layout Manager, Color Manager, or Category Manager, choose the option to save to your account as a template/preset.
Manage and reuse them
Go to Account Settings → Templates and Presets. There you'll find your saved templates and presets for all three (layouts, colors, and categories), where you can:
- Apply them to any production.
- Build new templates and presets right in your account, even before you bring them into a production.
- Manage all of your templates and presets in one place.
Coming soon: you'll also be able to save and reuse report layouts and report presets.
