To create your first schedule file, click the Create file button in the center of the screen, or click the Import Script button in the top-right corner.
This opens the Create a new file window, where you will:
- Name the schedule file.
- Name the production title (this is referenced throughout the file and reports).
- Add a production start date (applied to your default board calendar).
- Choose episodic or feature file type, depending on whether you're scheduling television or film. If you're crossboarding an episodic series, use ONE schedule file for all episodes, with different boards for each episode or block.
- Click Create.
Your new schedule file will appear in the list. Double-click it to open and begin scheduling.
