If you need to reset your password for any reason, click “Forgot Password” on the Cinapse Log In Page, then:
- Type in your email address and click “Reset Password.”
- Cinapse will send an email with a link to reset your password.
- Click the “Reset Password” button in the email. This will direct you to a new page where you can reset your Cinapse password.
- Create a new password, then click Finish.
- Now you will be able to log in with your new password!
