If you make the same reports every day, report presets save your entire report configuration so you can reuse it in a couple of clicks, and batch generation lets you produce many reports at once.
Save a preset
- Configure a report the way you want it (see Reports Manager for all the options).
- In the toolbar, click Save / load preset > Save as preset.
- Name it (e.g. "Master Shooting Schedule – Letter") and choose or create a folder.
- Click Save as preset.
Your presets live under the Report presets tab on the Reports home screen. Organize them in folders (for example, "Studio Export Presets" or "Internal Only").
Load a preset
When creating a report, click Save / load preset > Load preset, browse or search your presets, pick one, and click Load preset; your configuration applies instantly.
Batch-generate reports from presets
- On the Reports home screen, click Create > New reports from presets.
- Select the presets you want, then click Continue.
- Choose the Board, Calendar, and destination folder, then click Continue.
- On the "Name your reports" screen, confirm or edit the names (they're pre-filled).
- Click Generate reports.
You'll see a confirmation (e.g. "3 reports generated"), and the reports appear in your destination folder.
Set up presets for your standard daily reports once, and regenerate the whole set in a few clicks instead of rebuilding each one.
