The Category-by-Day report lays out one category's elements day by day, so you can see, for example, which cast are needed on each shooting day.
Generate a Category-by-Day report
- Click Reports in the top navigation, then Create > New report.
- Set the Report type to Category-by-Day.
- Pick the Board and Calendar.
- Adjust the settings below, check the live preview, then Save report.

Settings for this report
- Print options and Report layout: paper size, orientation, and the header/footer layout.
- Category (required): choose the category (for example, Cast), set the Name text size, and pick how long names behave with Name text overflow (Wrap, Clip, or Auto-scale).
- Date / day range: choose whether the range is by Date or Shooting Day, then set the range.
- Filters: show or hide entries with rules.
