The List report gives you a clean list of every element in a single category, for example a full cast list, a background list, or a location list.
Generate a List report
- Click Reports in the top navigation, then Create > New report.
- Set the Report type to List.
- Pick the Board and Calendar.
- Adjust the settings below, check the live preview, then Save report.

Settings for this report
- Print options and Report layout: paper size, orientation, and the header/footer layout.
- Category (required): choose any category to list, including element categories (Cast, Background, Props) and scene categories (Location, Set, Day/Night), and toggle Show element quantities to include counts.
- Date / day range and Filters: limit the report to a date/day range and show or hide entries with rules.
