The One-Liner report

Generate a One-Liner in Cinapse: your schedule condensed to one line per scene, with an optional header board. Here's what its settings do.

The One-Liner condenses your schedule to one line per scene, in shooting order, with day breaks and unit breaks. It's the quick, at-a-glance version of the shooting schedule.

Generate a One-Liner

  1. Click Reports in the top navigation, then Create > New report.
  1. Set the Report type to One-Liner.
  1. Pick the Board and Calendar.
  1. Adjust the settings below, check the live preview, then Save report.

For the shared basics (saving, presets, export, and report layouts), see Reports Manager.

Settings for this report

  • Print options: paper size (Letter, A4, Legal, Tabloid), orientation, pagination (Continuous or Per day), and Grayscale.
  • Report layout: header/footer layout, whether to repeat the header/footer on every page, and the font.
  • Strips: strip layout, strip color palette, hide padding between strips, and show unscheduled strips.
  • Header board (specific to this report): add a category breakdown block, for example a Cast list, to the report. Set its element text size and columns, choose its Placement (Start of report or End of report), whether it lists Scheduled only or All for category elements, and pick the Categories to include.
  • Visibility options: choose which stripboard items appear (day breaks, unit breaks, text banners, start-of-day banners). (Showing red and orange flags on reports is coming soon.)
  • Date / day range: limit the report by Date or Shooting Day.
  • Filters: show or hide strips with layered rules.
