If you cannot generate a report, this is likely due to browser-specific settings on Firefox.
The built-in Firefox pop-up blocker prevents the PDF preview from displaying and opening in a preview window.
To enable pop-ups from Cinapse only, go to your Firefox Settings > Privacy & Security > Block pop-up windows > Exceptions and allow https://scheduling.cinapse.io to open pop-ups.
Tip: Cinapse works best on Chrome or Brave (Safari and Firefox aren't fully supported), so if a report still won't generate, try one of those.
